The Creative Quarter Company has launched CQ Finder to promote Nottingham's creative and digital services, to help creative and digital businesses to find each other and to work together, and to help grow the city's creative and digital economy.

People who work and live in the Creative Quarter have been helping to influence the plans to transform the 40-acre scrub land behind BioCity and the BBC building, known as the former Boots Island site.

Architects, local residents, Sneinton market tenants, local business owners and festival organisers were amongst those who fed back on plans to create a brand new mixed-use scheme which will expand the Creative Quarter.

The team behind this development - Conygar, Lavignac and FutureCity, presented initial ideas on how to breathe new life into the site while embedding and embracing Nottingham’s culture.

This is one of the largest regeneration sites outside of London in private ownership and presents a really exciting opportunity for Nottingham and its already thriving Creative Quarter
