Local property development company, Carlton Street Trading, is proposing to replace the derelict former shop units fronting Lower Parliament Street with a new development that will also signpost the entrance to Sneinton Market.

Sneinton Market is becoming the most rapidly developing area within Nottingham City Centre.

A major regeneration programme is underway that will transform the former fruit & veg market into an exciting creative hub offering independent shops, studios, food & drink outlets a music venue and exhibition space.

The development will be in the heart of The Creative Quarter and will be a welcome extension to already buzzing Hockley scene.
