The Talent 1st Organisation is an industry leading not-for-profit company committed to improving social mobility within the acting profession, delivering 100% free and heavily subsidised training and industry support to talented young actors aged 8-25.

Talent 1st’s recent successes include BAFTA Leading Actress nominee Molly Windsor (BBC1’s vital drama “Three Girls”, and recipient of both Screen International’s “Stars of tomorrow” BAFTA’s Breakthrough Brit, BAFTA Lead Actress nominee for BBC Three Girls and Royal Television Society nominee for breakthrough Talent).
BAFTA nominee Liv Hill (BAFTA Supporting Actress nominee for BBC1’s “Three Girls”, feature film “Jellyfish” and “The Fight” directed by Jessica Hynes).
Aiden McCullough (Clio Bernard’s forthcoming feature film “Dark River”) and Aury Wayne (Deborah Heywood’s “Pin Cushion” and SKY1’s “Carters Get Rich”).
Throughout spring and summer 2018, The Talent 1st Organisation are delivering free open workshops to young people aged 8 to 25 years. From these workshops, a small number of exceptionally talented young people will be selected to benefit from Talent 1st’s industry renowned program of on-going training and support. Anyone aged 8 to 25 can apply, and no previous acting or training experience is required.

Speaking of this exceptional opportunity, Actor Maxine Peake said;
