Nottingham City Council are giving businesses an opportunity to learn about the benefits of switching to Electric Vehicles.
Invest OpportunitiesMany businesses are now actively considering investing in the next generation of Ultra-Low Emission Vehicles (ULEVs) such as electric cars and vans. This transition is occurring due to air quality concerns, while electric cars are now cheaper to own, run and hold on to more of their value than petrol or diesel cars (What Car?). A further incentive is that the Government has announced that from April 2020 company car drivers choosing a pure electric vehicle will be taxed at 0% paying no benefit-in-kind (BIK) tax at all.
