Nottingham City Council have released the draft Informal Planning Guidance which has been prepared for the Housing Aid site, Lower Parliament Street to help inform and guide future redevelopment of the site.
Invest AnnouncementsThe draft guidance has been approved for consultation purposes by Councillor Linda Woodings, the Portfolio Holder for Planning, Housing and Heritage. The draft guidance does not form part of any current development proposal or planning application but has been prepared to help guide any future scheme.

The City Council is now consulting neighbouring residents and other interested parties for their views and comments on the draft guidance. Comments should be returned by 2nd December 2019. All comments on the draft document will be fully considered and a report will be presented to the Portfolio Holder prior to a final guidance document being approved.
There will be 2 drop in sessions to ask questions, make comments and discuss the draft guidance with Officers from the City Council, at the following times and locations:
