For those of you that enjoy a bit of Sc-Fi, Fantasy and cosplay, this weekend event is for you! Meet some of your favourite characters in the flesh and get your photo with them.
All autographs will be available at the guest tables.
When purchasing an autograph you will be able to choose from a selection of photographs at each desk. The cost of photographs is included in the autograph fee. If you prefer, you can bring your own item of memorabilia to be signed for the same price.
Yes – Autographs usually start at £10 though prices will vary according to the guest. All prices will be displayed on this page, on the relevant page for the guest and at their table on the day of the convention. If you take advantage of having a professional photoshoot with one of the guests, they will sign it at their table for the same price as a regular autograph – they won’t sign it for free.
Yes – Guests will sign various items within reason. If you bring your pet or your car they won’t sign that! Lets stick with DVDs, photos and regular paraphernalia for now!
All autographs are charged per signature.
Pre-convention photo sale deadline Midnight Sunday 16th April after this you will only be able to purchase on the day with no guarantee of any being available.
Photoshoots start from 11am – YOU CAN STILL BUY PHOTOSHOOTS FROM THE KIOSK ON THE WEEKEND OF THE CONVENTION.
All photoshoots are sold per person.
Additional People on a photoshoot
Photoshoots are limited to the photoshoot token holder, but you can pay for 2 additional people (3 total).
Additional persons can be added to any photoshoot for half the listed photoshoot price per person. For example – a £30 photoshoot is valid for one person. Any additional people will be charged £15 in this example. This can only be done on the day at the EM-Con Kiosk on the upper concourse.
A really enjoyable part of the day is the Question and Answer panels we’ll be holding with guests attending EM-Con.
This is an excellent opportunity to find out the secrets and stories from stars and talent behind your favourite shows.
Each Q&A session is hosted by a Leonard Sultana a long time media professional who has hosted panels all over the world including San Diego Comic Con.
We’ll have questions from the audience, allowing you the chance to play the role of journalist and find out the things you’ve always wanted to know!
We run panels throughout the weekend in a specially designated room which is located up above the entrance lobby, if you can’t find it please ask a member of the crew.
Seats will be on a first come first served basis(220 capacity), Queues will be started 20 minutes prior to the panel in the entrance lobby near the box office,
To repeat the seats will be on a first come first served basis, so be sure to queue early.

Show off your costumes and hard work to the judges and have a chance at winning prizes.

Q&A room – Time 12:00pm
Sunday 6th May.
Enter by going to the Geek Asylum’s table on the upper concourse, here you can put your name down to enter, Then….
Just head to the Q&A room at 12pm on the SUNDAY, this will be signed, if you can’t find it ask a crew member in an orange shirt!
The contest will consist of walking on stage, throw out a few poses to judge the character, and you will be asked a few questions by the judges, then leaving the stage.
