Nottingham-based music promoters I'm Not From London have won a bid to run a project To Be Scene And Heard for deaf people for young people who would like to get involved in music.
Life OpportunitiesThe project is free to participants and will take place in Nottingham from Monday 31 August to Friday 20 September.
The team are looking for partial to fully deaf people from 18-25 years old who would like to be involved in all or some of the following:
– Songwriting
– Recording their song.
– Writing and producing a music video.
– Acting/dancing in a music video.
There will be a full studio set up with BSL speaking West End dancers/choreographers alongside Nottingham based singing teachers and musicians.
