Light Night is returning to Nottingham this year, with events taking place across the city. In our neck of the woods, on the east side, there's plenty going on across both nights, so make sure you head down the hill from Hockley to check it out. There'll be projected art installations on Sneinton Market Avenues, and a large burning sculpture in Sneinton Market Square. There'll be a Brazilian Carnival Parade on the Friday night, and on Saturday you can expect live music and live UV graffiti. Plus make sure you check out some of the other venues nearby, with workshops and events taking place at BACKLIT and The Carousel.
