by Young Creative Awards
If you’re young, creative and you live, work or study in Nottingham – the Young Creative Awards could be the start of something awesome.
Work AnnouncementsBy submitting your work to our annual competition, you could win cash, meet industry experts, see your name on a big screen at the awards show… and who knows where it might take you – main stage at Splendour? Working at Speedo? Performing on BBC Proms?
Open to all 13-24 year olds, the awards give you the chance to show off your skills across a wide variety of creative categories: Digital and Animation, Design and Architecture, Creative Writing, Dance, Drama, Fashion and Textiles, Film, Graphic Design, Music, Photography, Theatre and Visual Arts.
There is no theme for 2019.
YCA decided to remove the theme element to the awards this year, to allow more creative options to a wider audience of entrants. There will be no theme for the awards in the future.
There are specific entry criteria for each award category, please find the category that most suits your work here.
Entries are open from 7th January 2019 and close on 1st April 2019.
Check out some of the previous winners of the Young Creative Awards by visiting the archives, where you can find more information and details of the winners and themes.
