The Nottingham digital marketing agency claims Europe’s top search award and picked up the flagship award at the virtual evening.
Work NewsHallam, Nottingham’s award-winning digital marketing agency, has taken the top award and been crowned the Best Large Integrated Agency at the European Search Awards 2020 after being shortlisted for six awards earlier this year.
The event, held virtually for the first time due to the COVID-19 pandemic, saw Europe’s best search agencies compete for a number of accolades, of which Hallam won the main award of the evening.
The achievement recognises the business’ efforts this year to completely rework the standard agency model and create an integrated approach to its work, removing traditional silos between teams to instil a collaborative-first approach to its client projects.
Hallam’s unified approach to search includes integrated reporting and regular data analysis to maximise budget efficiency, improve results, and provide the best client experience and results.
It has also created a dedicated strategy department to spearhead its new approach, and translate real-world business challenges into unified goals.
“Given that we have implemented a new way of working and new processes during the toughest period in Hallam’s history, I could not be prouder of the team for what they have achieved and this award is a testament to all of their efforts.”
After being crowned as Europe’s best large integrated agency, Julio Taylor, CEO, said:“This award will help to build our reputation as genuine experts in digital across all of Europe. Our entire agency ethos has been focused on driving an integrated approach for our clients, reworking the standard agency model, and laying the foundations for future success. It is fantastic to now see this be recognised by our peers”
Strategy Director, Ben Wood, added:Modern urban living in and amongst refurbished lace factories and warehouses. On-trend independent retailers and many bars, restaurants, cafés, galleries, arts cinema and theatres. A buzz in the daytime and a rhythm at night.
