Based on the partnership between Nottingham and Hangzhou (China), Nottingham City Council is co-organising the Hangzhou Fashion Show with Hangzhou Cultural & Creative Industry Exchange Centre (UK) and Hangzhou Cultural Exhibition Co. Ltd.
