Working across a number of design projects of varying sizes and complexities. Working within a team to ensure all projects are running efficiently, and directly with clients and suppliers. Additionally managing the day to day running of the studio.
• Working with Directors to deliver on projects, taking notes in meetings and preparing agendas for meetings
• Working with our clients on initiating and realising projects, developing project briefs and seeing them through to delivery whilst building successful and lasting relationship
• Setting up projects internally, motivating the team and making sure they have everything they need to deliver projects. Defining roles, programming workflow into the studio and managing resources of internal team and contractors
• Supporting the management of new projects from beginning to end, through planning and co-ordination, regularly evaluating as well as updating key actions and requirements. Monitoring to ensure project is of the right quality, meets the brief and keeps pace with project timescales and budget
• Informing stakeholders / clients of progress along the way, identify and manage project risks
• Sourcing and purchasing, on behalf of projects as well as for day-to-day supplies for the studio
• Handing over to client, evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for next projects
• Manage facilities and processes to further develop the studio, allowing excellent support for all and in turn allowing the business to continue to flourish
• Onsite project management may be required occasionally
