Facilitators for Mastermind Networking Events

Creative Quarter invite proposals to facilitate and oversee a series of six Mastermind Networking Events.

As part of the Welcome Back Fund, the Creative Quarter company are looking to procure a facilitator to run and oversee a series of six Mastermind Networking Events starting in October 2021.

A Mastermind cohort is made up of a small number of like-minded business owners who meet on a monthly basis. The cohort will generate ideas, share insights, and lead each other through business challenges. Members challenge each other to set strong goals via a strategic action plan map and most importantly help you accomplish them. This cohort should be discussing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on their business and working towards an action plan to progress their business activity as we move back to a more normal way of life. All businesses should be officially trading and own premises in the city centre or on a local high street.

The mastermind networking events will take place monthly, for a total of six months and each session will last 2 hours. The events will be starting as soon as October 2021 so please indicate your availability to start on your proposal below.

Your submission, which must be on the application form linked below, will include:

• A CV of previous work demonstrating track record in previous delivery of workshops & events.
• Up-to-date contact details and links to websites and resources.
• Outline of how you envisage the Mastermind events will work and your role as the facilitator. Each event will be 2 hours long.
• A flat fee for delivering a series of Mastermind events. No travel, administrative time, subsistence, or expenses will be paid in addition so please factor those into your flat fee for each session.
• Details of any experience you have in working for, or supplying to, similar funded business support programmes.
• Your availability to start this programme of events.

The deadline for submissions is 5pm on Thursday 30 September by email to Georgia Ames, the Welcome Back Fund Event Manager by email on georgia@creativequarter.com

Please mark your email clearly with the subject: The Welcome Back Fund: Mastermind Application.
