Caoching-style leadership using a growth, creative and people centred mindset. About to enter the jobs market...
I am a progressive, positive, and people minded leader who is adept at building relationships, quickly dissecting information to get to the relevant parts, convictive decision making and importantly, making things happen.
I enjoy creativity thinking and encourage that dynamic culture within my teams. I’ve a keen interest in human psychology and social mobility and use tools and videos to develop myself and others through coaching and mentoring and by being the change I wish to see.
I lead with authenticity, emotional intelligence and trust. I use coaching to maximise people's potential and give my time to others to help their development as colleagues.
I have proved to be an exceptional performer in every role I’ve been in. This is down to my character, ability and my will to seek challenge and to be the best I can be.
I'm looking for a role in an organisation which I would feel proud to be a part of and feel like I'm making a positive change to people's lives in some way. This is part of my purpose and I want to bring this to the forefront of my career.
I've lived and played music in this city for most of my life and would love to work and give back to my own community.
Modern urban living in and amongst refurbished lace factories and warehouses. On-trend independent retailers and many bars, restaurants, cafés, galleries, arts cinema and theatres. A buzz in the daytime and a rhythm at night.
