At The Bead Shop, we provide a friendly knowledgeable experience whether you are buying beads or craft materials, need advice on how to make your own jewellery, wish to attend a creative workshop or would like us to fix some broken jewellery for you.

Hi I'm Hana and I started The Bead Shop with Robin back in 2000. I've always loved beads and jewellery and hope that you get to sense that when you visit us on Market Street in Nottingham.

We opened in January 2000 in a small retail unit in Nottingham’s West End Arcade since then we moved to Upper Parliament Street and finally our permanent home just up from the Market Square. We stock a huge range of beads, craft materials and ready made jewellery from local designers. We also specialise in teaching workshops in silver smithing, dichroic glass fusing, resin, bead weaving, macrame and more!

Our beautiful workshop room, full of original Victorian features, is also available to hire for your next creative workshop, team building activity or meeting.

We offer a fixing and restringing service. This is doubly rewarding as we help customers bring new life to old jewellery and also get to hear all of the history behind the pieces.
