Soho, London 1959: with the world on the brink of nuclear destruction a group of filmmakers, and a young philosopher, set out to prove that the camera and the typewriter can be mightier than the bomb. Directed by Pablo Behrens and based on Colin Wilson's classic novel, 'Adrift in Soho' was filmed mostly in Nottingham's Lace Market but also on the Victoria Embankment, in the Market Square, outside the Theatre Royal and many other locations around the city including, of course, in Soho, London itself.
