Chef-Jugz, in collaboration with Notts-based film club The Loft Movie Theatre, is proud to present an evening of Asian-American Food and Film at Rough Trade Nottingham.
The ticket price includes a screening of John Carpenter's 1986 Martial Arts Action Comedy 'Big Trouble in Little China', and a three course meal lovingly prepared by Chef Jugz!
Your three courses will be served to you during the film, and the bar will be open for you to purchase drinks, including a great cocktail menu.

Starter: Hot & Sour Soup
Main: Red Braised Pork Belly: Hearty and aromatic braised pork, served over sticky jasmine rice with ginger & spring onion oil.
Veggie/Vegan option: Five Spice Smoked Braised Tofu served over sticky jasmine rice with ginger & spring onion oil.
Dessert: Pandan & Vanilla Ice with crushed Fortune cookies and black sesame.
