Chef-Jugz, in collaboration with Notts-based film club The Loft Movie Theatre, is proud to present a very special evening of food and film at Rough Trade Nottingham.
The ticket price includes a screening of Ridley Scott's 1982 futuristic film noir, and a seasonal Asian-American feast lovingly prepared by Chef-Jugz.
Starter: 'Replicant' Roast Sweet Potato & Butternut Squash Soup with Kale Crisps.
Main: Deckard's Teriyaki Karaage - Japanese 'Tang-Fried' Chicken in Sweet Teriyaki Sauce served with Coconut Rice and Black Eyed Peas, Sesame Slaw & Fried Plantain.
Veggie/Vegan Option: Teriyaki Roast Aubergine
Dessert: Halo-Halo (Delicious Cold Filipino Dessert - Translates to "Mix-Mix!") - A favourite on the off-world colony.
