Mencap Artist Collective is a non-profit collaboration that invites people with learning disabilities to work together in designing and creating saleable products. The programme creates opportunities for inclusion, ownership and engagement with local businesses and customers.
Beth wise will be leading an experimental drawing workshop with Mencap Artist Collective, which is open to the public this Friday at the Dome. Here we will be making marks using different mediums and explore different drawing techniques.
All materials will be provided but if you have anything you’d like to bring along please do (pencil case, sketchbook).
Prints and cards will be for sale at our event, alongside our development work and original illustrations that will be on display.
