FADED TV Live: Broken English Club
- PLATFORM LAUNCH PARTY -
06.12.19
We are back. Marking the beginning of our redirection as a collaborative creative platform, Faded Television are thrilled to bring Broken English Club to Nottingham’s Bar Eleven.
Veteran DJ/producer Oliver Ho’s latest project, Broken English Club, exhibits an incredible utilisation of the human voice as an instrument, which Ho attributes to his admiration of techno that “has a collision of human and machine”.
The quality, innovation and versatility in his techno recordings often draw upon sounds that live outside the genre and sometimes outside any genre entirely. It is no surprise that his unique ability has seen the Broken English Club project performed live in Moscow and the infamous Berghain in Berlin.
Like always, the night will be complemented by FTV residents: THAMESWATER and 329 Pirouettes Avenue, both of whom are prepared to turn Bar Eleven on its head in preparation for what is due to be a truly provocative experience.
