Host, Emma Torrance is a SFEDI qualified independent business adviser and available 9-12:30. She can act as a sounding-board and help you prioritise, plan and think through issues in managing your business; your services, pricing, finances, people, competitors, business risks etc. She can help you with those small queries, make you more effective and has lots of top tips. Emma has over 25 years experience managing finance and operations in the private, public and Third Sector and is a SFEDI qualified business adviser working with start-ups, social enterprises and small businesses.
