22nd November 2018
20:00 - 22:00 GMT
Paul Hegarty and noise artist Romain Perrot present three performances that are all about noise. Expect samples of experimental music, anti-musical performance and bad vocals, old tapes, crappy electronics and other loud sounds.
Romain Perrot is a leading experimental musician from France, performing under numerous names: Vomir, Trou Aux Rats and various ‘shit folk’ and ‘shit rock’ projects.
Paul Hegarty writes about and performs noise music, as well as being Professor of French at University of Nottingham.
The event will also feature Nottingham based Nacht und Nebel, one of the best experimental drone artists working with cello sounds.
