8 FIZZY GILLESPIE (Swing & Bass) 8

A DJ and Producer who is best known for taking the vintage sounds of the 1930’s Swing to 1960’s Soul, as well as everything in between and fusing them with modern Bass Music; crossing over genres such as Drum & Bass, Garage, Jungle, House, Hip-Hop and other assorted beats.
He has taken his sound to festivals and events such as Glastonbury, Boomtown, Bestival, Wilderness, Cirque Du Soul and Electro Swing Club.
He is also the founder of Swing & Bass which host some serious parties down in London as well as right here in Nottingham. Over the past few years Fizzy has shared the stage with the likes of Krafty Kuts, DJ Yoda, Rob Da Bank and many many more.
This set is gonna be something very different from what you’d expect to hear at a Subtone event, so buckle up bitches!

This DJ and Producer has been on the underground scene for a minute now and can be found shelling it down at events across the city on a regular, when this guys steps up to the decks you know its about to get hot in ere.
Expect a set packed with straight up Bassline wobbers from Rubz

8 Candyman 8
One of the finalists in our DJ competition back in August and came through with a hard as F**k Grime mix which seriously caught our attention. Candyman has supported the likes of Slimzee, Spooky, DJ Q and Marcus Nasty amongst others and doesn’t limit himself to just Grime either. This guy has all the sweetest cuts from Bassline, Garage and UK Funky too.

When this dubby duo team up all sorts of wubs get lobbed about.
The pair have been making a name for themselves individually but when two heads are at the decks you can never be sure which way the vibe is gonna go.
They will sure as hell have the rafters shaking and the DJ booth wobbling.

Another finalist of our DJ competition, Lacerate instantly stood out as somewhat of a connoisseur of Dubstep. His track selection is on point and displays his knowledge of the deeper side of the sound. Watch out for that rabbit hole!

Now this dude can get as smooth or as gritty as you like, from the deep head nodders to the screwface neck snappers, Acacia has you covered.
He’ll be kicking things off with an exclusive set filled with fire from Nottingham producers. Get down early to hear the heat this city has to offer.
