Come party with us at Rough Trade on International Women’s Day, where we’ll be hosting a celebration of women in music with sets on the decks from Stiff Kittens, FAN CLUB and WIM DJs, as well as live music from BABE PUNCH!

Plus, find yourself a bargain while you dance at Equation’s Pop-Up Clothes Shop, featuring donations from national and independent brands as well as generous and fashion forward individuals.
We're also calling on attendees to bring sanitary products to donate to The Free Period Nottingham - these will then be distributed to Nottingham Women's Centre, POW Nottingham, The Arches Nottingham and Mansfield Food Bank. Even a small donation will help to #EndPeriodPoverty!

Feminist punk band from Nottingham and Derby. Babe Punch shaped their distinctive sound around grunge and punk influences, defined by their individual inspirations. Their recent single 'CONTROL' has been described as "a lively, contagious statement of intent" (Clash magazine) and "one of the most impressive debut singles of the year" (Eudaemonia).

All proceeds from the clothes shop will be donated to Equation, a Nottinghamshire charity working to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence. While the event is free entry, donation buckets for Equation will be available on the night and we urge you to give if you can!
