19th November 2018
17:45 - 21:00 GMT
A Big House Event supported by Creative Quarter & delivered by ABQ Ltd.
Business START-UP SUCCESS: The Series consists of four 3-hour highly interactive workshops. This business focussed series provides a short, sharp introduction to developing your business idea and highlights the key areas you need to focus on to prove its value.
You'll be exposed to thinking based on agile and lean start-up approaches that help you to keep things simple, small, speedy and safe as you test your ideas and find your route to success.
During the series, you'll define your own business model. You'll capture the ideas that make your business unique on a Business Model Canvas (BMC) that you'll take away with you at session 1 and use to capture the results of your thinking and actions throughout the series.
Please note: This is a SERIES of workshops, not drop-in/drop-out sessions. You MUST commit and book onto all FOUR in the series to benefit.

Facilitated by the Steve Hobbs from Ask Better Questions Ltd. Steve is an experienced business owner and employer, leader and manager. The tools of his trade are questions. The aim is to ask better questions…Ones that promote thought, challenge assumptions, clarify ideas, enable decision making, inspire action.
Steve says that "There has been time to observe those around me lead, manage, plan and execute. What have I learned? Leaders who focus on the ‘Why', then the ‘How' and finally the ‘What' create teams and organisations that get things done."
