A Big House Event supported by Creative Quarter & delivered by ABQ Ltd.
Business START-UP SUCCESS: The Series consists of four, 3-hour highly interactive workshops. This business focussed series provides a short, sharp introduction to developing your business idea and highlights the key areas you need to focus on to prove its value.
You'll be exposed to thinking based on agile and lean start-up approaches that help you to keep things simple, small, speedy and safe as you test your ideas and find your route to success.
During the series, you'll define your own business model. You'll capture the ideas that make your business unique on a Business Model Canvas (BMC) that you'll take away with you at session 1 and use to capture the results of your thinking and actions throughout the series.
Please note: This is a SERIES of workshops, not drop-in/drop-out sessions. You MUST commit and book onto all FOUR in the series to benefit.
