READY, STEADY, LAUNCH!

So, you’re already enrolled with the Big House programme and keen/ready to launch your new business - then you should attend the ‘Ready Steady Launch' (RSL) workshop. This interactive workshop will highlight the challenges faced when preparing to launch your business, e.g., abandoning another career, financing, marketing, organisation and time-management. The aim of the session is to help you plan and direct your next steps to launch your business.

WHAT WILL IT COVER?

During this 3-hour workshop, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your business objectives, priorities, challenges with a business coach and map out a programme which contributes towards your plan to launch your business.

The workshop will cover:

• A brief introduction to The Big House programme
• Highlight the key challenges faced by entrepreneurs starting up a new business.
• An outline of the support available from the Big House and the wider support network
• An assessment of where you are now and what you would like to achieve
• Tailored recommendations for support, workshops and events to help your specific business
• The chance to meet other new creative and digital businesses
• Planning your launch!

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Ready Steady Launch is an informal and small group workshop for anyone who is on the verge of starting up a new business or becoming self-employed. You should attend this workshop if you have developed a business idea and are at the point where you want to start trading and would like some support to make sure that you are doing this in a way that gives you the best chance of success.

These workshops are FREE, and you have to be enrolled with The Big House programme to attend. If you haven't already enrolled, you can do so at the workshop or follow the instructions below.

As this event is part of a European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) initiative, we will require you to be enrolled in The Big House Programme, prior to attending.

Please download and complete the form and bring it with you to the event, as it will be required when signing in.

NB: We will be documenting the event. If you do not wish to be included in images or videos that may be used later for marketing purposes, please let us know beforehand.
