READY, STEADY, LAUNCH!
So, you’re already enrolled with the Big House programme and keen/ready to launch your new business - then you should attend the ‘Ready Steady Launch' (RSL) workshop. This interactive workshop will highlight the challenges faced when preparing to launch your business, e.g., abandoning another career, financing, marketing, organisation and time-management. The aim of the session is to help you plan and direct your next steps to launch your business.
WHAT WILL IT COVER?
During this 3-hour workshop, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your business objectives, priorities, challenges with a business coach and map out a programme which contributes towards your plan to launch your business.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Ready Steady Launch is an informal and small group workshop for anyone who is on the verge of starting up a new business or becoming self-employed. You should attend this workshop if you have developed a business idea and are at the point where you want to start trading and would like some support to make sure that you are doing this in a way that gives you the best chance of success.

As this event is part of a European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) initiative, we will require you to be enrolled in The Big House Programme, prior to attending.
