WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Two workshops where you will learn how to use and apply 3 key business tools (The Value Proposition canvas, The Business Model Canvas & The Sales Pipeline) to help you take your ideas and turn them into a business.
The workshops give you a foundation for planning and making your business happen. The tools are yours to take away and work on and form the basis for an organic, evolving plan.
Session 1 : Tuesday 4 June
Sort it out!
Who is your customer - REALLY?
What do they value - REALLY?
Clarify your offer:
• Who is my customer and what are their needs and pains?
• What is my value proposition that meet those needs?
• How do I organise my business to find those customers and deliver the value they need and will pay for?
Session 2 : Tuesday 11 June
Make it happen!
This session helps you understand what you REALLY have to do to acquire customers:
• What research do I have to do to engage with the market and my customers?
• How will I generate leads?
• What’s my process for converting leads into sales?
Please note: you MUST book onto & attend both sessions to qualify for the event.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This workshop is ideal for all businesses from start-ups to those aspiring to grow.
WHO IS STEVE HOBBS?
This workshop will be facilitated by Steve Hobbs from Ask Better Questions Ltd. Steve is an experienced business owner and employer, leader and manager. The tools of his trade are questions. The aim is to ask better questions…Ones that promote thought, challenge assumptions, clarify ideas, enable decision making, inspire action.
Steve says that "There has been time to observe those around me lead, manage, plan and execute. What have I learned? Leaders who focus on the ‘Why', then the ‘How' and finally the ‘What' create teams and organisations that get things done."
WHEN IS IT?

Please note: you MUST book onto & attend both sessions to qualify for the event.
