This workshop will help you to pull together the key drivers for your business, enabling you to move forward by gaining a deeper insight into what is most important to you.
Using creative, hands-on methods, you will gain clarity, create business focus and delve into the heart of your business, learning ways to take this forward in your marketing and day-to-day activities.
You will come away with a clear set of goals and tangible ways of delivering this, with most the work having taken place at the workshop itself.
Creative & digital pre-start, start-ups & SMEs who want to identify their ultimate goal and vision for their business, and use creative processes to help them focus and make that dream become reality.

Founder of Blissful Balance and Positive Pants, Claire's mission is for everyone to flourish despite the setbacks that mental health issues can bring. Claire is a speaker, and holds workshops for businesses, schools and community groups, providing hands on tools and techniques, and a safe, nurturing space, for each individual to focus on the positivity that is all around and apply that to their business. Through Positive Pants, Claire is bringing fun, laughter and positivity to families regionally, nationally and worldwide. Her vision is to have a network of wellbeing advocates in every workplace.
Claire's programme for businesses helps change the environment and attitude in the workplace and bring teams together and she has now applied this to small business owners. Using visualisation techniques, she will help you to identify your ultimate goal and vision for your business, and use creative processes to help you focus and make that dream become reality.
"Thanks so much Claire. A wonderful couple of hours. I feel so much more focused and in touch with the heart of my business since creating this, and what a therapeutic way to spend a morning!" Gemma Gilbert, Business Coach
